Stella Apartments
Five air-conditioned apartments (maisonettes), built in two combined buildings with independent entrance for each apartment. The property is located in a seaside plot, with direct access from the main road, but also from the sea. Stella Apartments is on the seaside, has private jetty and mooring possibility at least for 5 boats.
Each apartment has it’s own private entrance. The apartments are all the same inside. Their size is 62 Sq.m. (ground floor and first floor). On the ground floor is the kitchen, with cupboards, which contain the necessary kitchenware – plates, glasses – for 4 people.
The kitchen has 2 electric hobs, a large and a small, Kettle and Toaster. It’s also available a wooden table with 4 chairs for dining . On the living room which is next to the kitchen, the sofa, can be converted into two comfortable single beds with orthopedic mattresses. There is a bathroom and shower. Each apartment has 2 balconies (one upstairs and one downstairs – except N.4) with table and 2 chairs on each balcony.
