Villa Katia is a two storey mezonete. It has four quite comfort rooms and three bathrooms with shower. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dinning area, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: One double bedroom (master) with ensuite jacuzzi bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The villa’s spacious interiors open out to large terraces and verandas, all with spectacular views of the swimming pool, the hillside of olive trees and of the sea. Within the farm, there is a colourful garden of roses and flowers, a parking area, a children’s playground and many olive trees out of witch traditional production of olive oil is being done.
